My Approach to Helping
I want to help people develop emotionally satisfying connections with those they care about. If you have tried to make changes but somehow keep finding yourself in the same negative cycles over and over, I believe it is time to try something new. While learning healthy communication and changing unhelpful coping behaviors are central goals for therapy, true and lasting change is only accomplished when a person's greatest emotional needs are recognized and addressed. My approach to therapy focuses on identifying those deeper needs and learning the healthiest ways to meet them.
