My Approach to Helping
My approach to healing is focused on guiding clients to enhance their self-awareness around the way they speak to themselves, how they view themselves, others, and the world around them. I make space for processing, reflections, and provide a non-judgmental environment to guide clients in looking into themselves with kindness and curiosity.
I am skilled in breaking down thoughts, processing feelings, and guiding clients in examining their behaviors in a way that is gentle and feels safe. I provide education as needed to help the people I serve to understand what they're going through and improve their well-being. I have worked with people who experience various levels of anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
