I use a practical and often solution based approach to help my clients investigate what is working in their lives and what is not. Through a variety of psychological modalities including mindfulness-based techniques we examine inner dialogues and unconscious patterns. I believe this process enables us to free ourselves up to be truly present rather than unconsciously repeating our past. As a result we are able to become more resilient and more creative, allowing our lives to be more joyful and more meaningful.
