My Approach to Helping
My approach to helping is in assisting individuals, couples and family relationships, in emotional distress, finding coping strategies, solutions to triggers of emotional confusion and its symptoms. We will discuss what some of initial desired goals in your process. Our initial sessions will concentrate on the present situation and finding clarity in a positive direction. You will be guided in letting go of negative thinking. You will address a deeper pathway to disengaging from unresolved emotional injury to recovery. Managing emotional health and freedom is finding balance and understanding between the thought and the emotion attached.
