My Approach to Helping
Through an on-line therapy approach, I provide compassionate guidance and a safe and nurturing environment in which to work through issues such as emotional distress, relationship problems and past trauma. I am cognitive-behavioral oriented, and utilize concepts such as inner child work, reparenting, mindfulness, art therapy and the 12 Step Recovery model. I look forward to working with you on your healing journey to access inner peace and serenity.
