My Approach to Helping
I strive to instill hope and empower change with the individuals I am blessed to work with. I begin therapy by building a solid foundation of trust through building rapport by providing a safe and comfortable atmosphere where you can quickly feel at home and be yourself. It is imperative that you have a connection with your therapist to make progress in counseling. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral Approach to therapy while using other techniques such as mindfulness as I see fit depending on your individual needs and wants during the therapeutic process.
