My Approach to Helping

Are you stressed & worried about your child's behaviors? Are they having difficulty at home or school? Have you or your child experienced a highly stressful life event or worrisome medical diagnosis such as Fibromyalgia? You've reached out to your friends & family, but no one seems to really get it. You’re tired of feeling isolated and alone? I'm here & I get it. I'd like to offer a free phone consult to share how I've helped children, adults, and families overcome challenging times. I specialize in treating anxious children and adults going through difficult seasons of life.

I passionately sow seeds of hope & healing alongside persons who find themselves in difficult life situations. I love working with persons through all stages of life while growing into their dreams. My specialization has been developed through over 13 years of diverse psychotherapy services in a variety of settings. I enjoy integrative health care. I offer in addition to regular office hours evenings and Saturdays by appointment.

If you answered yes and are ready to begin your healing journey I am here to help. Getting help is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

1. Schedule a Comprehensive Clinical Assessment.
2. Meet with me to discuss your strengths, needs, and goals for therapy. 3. Develop together your plan of success.

Most new clients are scheduled within 24-48 hours.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

My passion to provide compassionate results-driven care comes from my own journey through both my own traumatic history as well as adult diagnosis of a chronic pain disorder. I believe I offer a unique perspective as I've been on the other side of the chair trying to find a 'good match' and 'pushing through' when therapy became tough. The results have been profound in my life and I've seen my clients achieve symptom reduction over the course of 12-24 sessions. If you are ready for hope and healing to manifest in your life then I'm here to help. Let's do this!
