My Approach to Helping

Life can be compared to the weather, it's ever changing and have very little interruption to our daily life. Yet, there are times, when unexpected unplanned life events bring heartbreak, pain and shock beyond one imagined. It may interrupt ones daily rhythm in life. One may find themself unable to processcope with the unexpected life event and become frozen or triggered from the past and results in the need to process these feelings. Trauma can be from physicalemotional assault, shock of a death or being triggered by present cultural events such as learning to co-exist with COVID-19 in these wild times we are living in.

I provide a variety of approaches for you and I to ensure the best manner to address trauma, shock, grief and depression to assist you to reclaim and live life with more freedom and joy. Like the rhythms of life, combining different approaches allows a person to begin recovering and reclaiming one's heart, mind, and body.

This permits us to work together to ensure positive changes and resolutions that didn't seem possible to access prior to therapy. It's an honor to process, support and witness an individual heal, reclaim and reconnect with themself to live life with more love, joy, balance, expression and freedom.
