Change is difficult but necessary if we are to grow. Reaching out for help is often the hardest step. With primarily insight-oriented, psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness, I will assist you in bringing into awareness those stumbling blocks from the past which keep you from realizing your full potential in the present.
