My Approach to Helping
Children, adolescents, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and/or other mood-related disorders. Based largely on CBT and Mindfulness principles, we help our clients better understand and manage their thoughts and emotions in order to achieve relief from feelings of distress. I have worked as a school psychologist for nearly a decade and therefore I am highly familiar with navigating issues that arise in school-age children. I can offer assistance with navigating special education services and working closely with schools. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety-based disorders through adulthood.
At Think Happy Live Healthy we work to create an individualized plan for each client that involves therapy, fitness and nutrition programs. We realize the strong connection between our body and minds and use that to provide a more effective kind of treatment for our patients.
