Aspire Mental Health was founded by Michelle McAninch, LCSW. Michelle is a licensed clinical social worker. She also serves as the clinical directors of a local reputable foster care agency and works with UNLV's social work department as an Agency Field Instructor (AFI).

Michelle's vision to create Aspire Mental Health came from many years as a foster and adoptive parent to abused, abandoned and neglected children. Seeing the effects of complex trauma on children, adults and families, lead Michelle to pursue her specialty as a clinical trauma professional. Together, Michelle's experience and dedication have made Aspire Mental Health a comprehensive and compassionate agency that values dignity, integrity, self-worth, social justice and competence.

Aspire Mental Health is a multidisciplinary team of professionals that includes a Medical Director, Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, as well as a training ground for specialty internships. Aspire Mental Health also collaborates with community agencies to ensure all client's needs are met, and appropriate referrals are made.
