My Approach to Helping
What will we do? First of all, we’ll have to figure out what the problem is exactly. Often therapy is a messy and sometimes painful process of feeling expression, problem solving, and learning new ideas for thinking and behavior. We will work to create a new narrative for you that reflects your healing, and growth. The work of therapy starts with receiving support, building trust and then seems to require a certain amount of courage, grit, and resolve. I have a specialty in trauma-related disorders and also work with issues like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, and autism spectrum disorders. I can help if you\'re adjusting to loss, if you are a trauma survivor, or if you live with chronic illness.
