My Approach to Helping
I received my Master of Arts in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from King’s College. I completed my graduate internship at Delaware Valley University in their college counseling center. I have been working in the field since 2014 with various clients and populations and have utilized multiple therapeutic approaches. As a counselor, it is my goal to create an environment that allows the client to be open and experience self-growth. My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Culturally Sensitive, Eclectic, Mindfulness based (MBCT), Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), and Client Centered.
