We can explore feelings and identify behaviors that are limiting or self-destructive. Using a mindfulness approach and acceptance-based strategies, I will help you examine your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, allowing you to experience greater freedom and inner peace so you have healthier and more satisfying relationships.
I'd enjoy helping you find the right tools to improve areas of concern in your daily life, which will allow you to create a mindful life in accordance with your beliefs and values. In the longer term, I will help you explore the root causes of your distress and patterns in your life that seem to be holding you back from your long term goals!
