My Approach to Helping
I believe the words mental health and addiction create such a negative stigma in our society. Therapy shouldn’t be a hassle nor embarrassing. Are you experiencing anxiety, depression or stress? Are you often angry? What about alcoholism or other substance dependency? Has your intimate relationship become toxic? Did you know poor mental health and toxic relationships cause many people to turn to substances (alcohol, drugs, food, etc)? Together lets build a plan, set your goals and get you to feeling better.

My practice is client-centered. It's all about you. I will never expect you to discuss anything you are not comfortable with or not ready to discuss. I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment. Let's learn together, build skills and laugh along the way. Lets deep breathe, meditate and progressive muscle relax together. Lets role-play. More importantly, lets you get you to healing and feeling better - you deserve it.
