Psychotherapy is a powerful tool for healing, growth, and transformation. Whether you are looking for help with problems that have become overwhelming, or you just want to move your life forward in a new direction, therapy can be of great value. My job as your therapist is to create a place where you are free to express yourself openly without fear of judgment. By exploring together your concerns, emotions, and personal perspective, you'll develop new insights into the nature of your difficulties and how to overcome them.

Therapy is essentially a collaborative process, in which we work together to help you achieve your own personal goals. Through our work, you will gain greater awareness of where you feel 'stuck' and what parts of you are calling for growth and change. As your therapist, I will strive to help you to become more skilled in creative problem-solving. Together we will evaluate your unique strengths and weaknesses and help you to create a solid foundation within you for changes that last.

Therapy is at it's best when it supports your growth as a human being and fosters an enhanced capacity for self-reflection. By 'tuning in' to your heart as well as developing your capacity for insight, you will discover your own inner wisdom. In doing so, you will gain clarity, and develop resiliency and strength. Not only will it be easier to resolve your current difficulties, but you'll learn interpersonal skills that will be of value to you throughout your lifespan.
