My Approach to Helping

Through our work, you will gain greater awareness of where you feel 'stuck' and what parts of you are calling for growth and change. As your therapist, I will strive to help you to become more skilled in creative problem-solving. Together we will evaluate your unique strengths and weaknesses and help you to create a solid foundation within you for changes that last.
