It's my belief that most of the healing begins and ends with a genuine, trusting therapeutic relationship.
I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help make the transformation a reality.
Art therapy is also another set of interventions that I pull from and clients of every age have found it to be enjoyable and cathartic.
Ultimately, I use therapies that have been shown to be scientifically effective at helping people change how they experience life quickly.
