My Approach to Helping

I’m here to help you understand your story, build on your strengths, and help you live a life full of meaning, aligned with your values. Life doesn't come with an owners manual telling exactly when to do what to create the perfect life. We all have different life experiences and those experiences shape how we make decisions. If you are looking for a counselor to help you work through symptoms like anxiety, depression, discomfort or stress, trauma, or you are in need of a safe and supportive space to discuss your sexual orientation, your support network, or other challenges experienced by LGBTQIA+ individuals, I'm here to help.

My Role as a Therapist

My role as your therapist is a collaborative one in that we work together at a pace you create. Through our work together, you talk about what is important to you and through reflective listening, I help you better understand your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
