There's no feeling like being stuck. Therapy can help. While therapy is hard work, it doesn't have to be some stiff, painfully awkward process (that sounds awful). I take a warm, laid-back, and genuine approach to therapy. While the success of therapy depends on a number of factors, I believe it's the authentic relationship we build that will allow us to work together so you can achieve true, lasting change.

I'm passionate about helping millenials navigate the "stuck" parts in life. My clients tend to appear like they have it "all together" on the outside, but on the inside, it feels like things are falling apart. I have a particular interest in working with perfectionism, self-doubt, and self-sabotaging behaviors.
