My Approach to Helping
As a counselor, I understand the process of counseling may be challenging and at times uncomfortable as we are discussing issues that remind clients of painful memories. Therefore, my goal is to assist clients in moving past their past and creating a safe place for clients to communicate openly, honestly and without fear or judgment. Additionally, I strive to empower and encourage clients to reach their full potential through implementation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered Therapy, Eclecticism, Trauma Focused Therapy as well as other modalities.
