Are you feeling disconnected from your partner? Are you struggling to communicate, or feeling increased dissatisfaction, tension, and loneliness in your relationship? Maybe the routine of life has you feeling less like lovers and more like roommates? Do you find yourself caught in the same fights over and over again?

Relationships are opportunities for immense love, curiosity, joy, and fulfillment, but can often also be a source of hurt and disappointment. My style of therapy is experiential and interactive, allowing couples the space to connect meaningfully and build a relationship based on mutuality, sensitivity, collaboration, and respect. I provide a safe space and impartial feedback to help you grow and heal with your partner so that you can discover or rediscover harmony and healthy communication.

More Info About My Practice

I offer couples therapy for couples wishing to rekindle the spark that brought them together or work through a difficult life moment. In addition to traditional talk therapy, we will slow down and experience moments of meaningful self-reflection in our quest to strengthen your "couple bubble." My philosophy is that partners should be in each other's care, and I will help you figure out your partner's "owner's manual."

I also offer pre-marital counseling for those who are recently engaged or married or considering this step in their relationship. In pre-marital counseling, I can help you identify potential issues before they arise and learn skills to communicate more effectively, resolve conflict, and create the partnership that you both envision.

CURRENTLY ACCEPTING CLIENTS ON WEDNESDAYS AND SATURDAYS

I am also available for individual therapy. My philosophy in individual therapy is that each of us has the inner strength and wisdom to lead a fulfilling and passionate life. I can help you tap into this wisdom, allowing you to become empowered through self-reflection. My approach works well with people struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, self-esteem, and depression, and is also wonderful for those just looking to get to know themselves better.
