My Approach to Helping
As people, we need each other to work through complex feelings, experiences and relationships. Whatever your particular story may be, I am here to listen and partner with you in the work of learning about yourself and building the life you want.
Our sessions will be collaborative and guided by what is top of mind for you. We’ll talk through your present-day thoughts and feelings and uncover root connections with your childhood experiences or societal influences. As we go, we will also identify short-term techniques to help you feel more balanced in a given moment.
Overall, my goal is to co-create an environment where you can feel safe to bring your full self, and walk away feeling a greater sense of self-compassion and agency. While it can feel vulnerable to reach out, know that there is no wrong way to do so, and I will be glad to hear from you.
