My Approach to Helping
Welcome to your Journey Toward Well-Being! As Helen Keller said: "Although the world is full of suffering, it is full also of the overcoming of it." You can be part of that overcoming! I meet with overcomers all the time, people who are suffering and looking to overcome their suffering. New answers are found for their old problems. Some problems are anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship conflicts, and lack of purpose in life. Together we find ways to begin a new path and continue to stay on that path through life principles and spiritual power tools! All aboard!

Wellness is a way of life that is oriented toward optimal health and well-being in which body, mind, and spirit are integrated by the individual to live more fully.
