My Approach to Helping
I think it is important that the relationship between the therapist and client be a cooperative relationship in which the two individuals work as a team to resolve the issues that led to therapy in the first place. I work with each client to create an individualized treatment plan and help each client reach the goals he or she identifies. See below to see what my clients are saying about their experiences at NWA Therapy:
"Chantal was sincerely understanding and patient in helping me to explore coping and relaxation techniques until we found what worked for me. She not only helped me manage my phobia, she also helped me get to the root of my anxieties so that I could not only manage them, but I could also start healing. I'm so very grateful for her help."
"When my addiction resurfaced after 10 years of remission, I was desperately looking for someone to help me
get my life back. Chantal listened to me, asked me the right questions, and helped me see that my addiction was a symptom of underlying issues that she brought to light and truly helped me get back on the right path."
"Chantal was very understanding, and always gave me ways of looking at my addiction... Her wisdom and gentle, yet firm, guidance was a big key in my recovery."
