My Approach to Helping
My jobs as your therapist is to create a safe loving atmosphere where you can become more aware of your feelings and the choices you are making that may not be supporting your peace and happiness. I believe all people have the ability to change. The greatest key to change is your level of motivation and desire. It is also very important to have balance in your life. I help you to look at the areas of your life you are frustrated with and figure out healthier ways of dealing with them. I am direct but empathetic and compassionate to help you reach your goals in therapy. I work a lot with couples and individuals struggling with their relationships.
