My Approach to Helping

As an experienced therapist, I bring insight and deep respect for all people. Your feelings have value. Those feelings of grief, anxiety, or low self-esteem can be explored following your own goals and comfort. You don't need to work through any issues alone.
I work with all types of couples, young, mid-life and older adults on a variety of issues, such as grief and loss/transition; traumatic experiences; sexual identity; eating disorders; and sexual dysfunction in women. My hours to see clients include weekdays and some weekends and evenings. I offer couples counseling, Life Coaching, and at times facilitate therapy groups.
