My Approach to Helping
Each individual has specific needs. As such, each session is tailored to each individual’s goals. Whether you would like to work on anxiety, depression, or just need therapy with a coaching component, I can help. Many of my clients suffer from various forms of anxiety and depression that keep them from reaching their full potential. I traditionally use a foundation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you identify the different thought patterns that are affecting your performance, motivation, and thoughts about yourself. I help individuals find healthy ways of breaking away from their depression and panic attack cycles so they can better feel engaged with the world. In order to do this, I often use a teachingpsychoeducational approach to help you learn the tools that better address your needs.
