My Approach to Helping
Deciding to begin therapy takes courage, as it shows a desire for understanding and a hope for change. When you are struggling, it is easy to lose hope. Spero Counseling Services is dedicated to inspire growth and hope back into your life. I have been working in the counseling field in various capacities since 2004. In addition to working in private practice, I am a professor of graduate counseling at Amberton University, where I educate master's-level students who are training to become counselors.
My goal is to offer my clients a comfortable, safe environment where they can seek growth and achieve resolution. I will listen to you, work to understand your needs, and offer you skilled guidance.
