My Approach to Helping
I believe the best investment you can make is investing in yourself. I understand that it can be difficult to reach out for help whether it be out of guilt, shame, convenience or just pure apprehension. I also understand that many see therapy as another difficult hurdle amongst all the other things life throws at you. I don’t believe therapy has to be a chore and while it may be challenging at times, I don’t believe it always has to be painful.
During my 5+ years as a therapist, I have helped individuals, teens, children, and their families find healing, maneuver through difficult situations, and help understand difficult emotions and feelings that often arise from life changing events. My goal is always to empower you, help you utilize the tools that you already possess, and ultimately be free of what may be keeping you stuck.
