My Approach to Helping
As a psychotherapist, I believe the most important relationship is the one you have with yourself.
A major portion of my practice is composed of young adults who experience modern day problems in relationships and the workplace. I begin our work together by gaining an understanding of your perception. Our emotional well-being is shaped by early life experiences and how they imprint us. I have individuals look at their life's blueprint and use it as a process of gaining a better understanding of themselves. Together we identify automatic ways of thinking and the habitual behavioral patterns that amplify feelings of unease. I offer individual therapy to young adults affected by panic attacks, social anxiety, depression, poor body image, disordered eating and a wide range of other challenges.
