My Approach to Helping

Counselling is a healing journey that I am honoured to be a part of. I believe that human beings have an incredible capacity for healing and change and I assist in this process as a therapist through the knowledge of neuroscience and effective counselling techniques. I provide nonjudgmental, empathetic counselling and work collaboratively with clients towards their goals. I provide counselling to individuals of all ages (adults, children, and teenagers). I specialize in counselling individuals who have experienced trauma, mental health (depression, anxiety, panic, PTSD), abuse (emotional, physical, sexual), grief and loss, life transitions (relationships, work, balance) and anger management.

I specialize in trauma therapy and I utilize Life Span Integration, Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Expressive therapies and Solution Focused therapy. Life Span Integration is a gentle body-based therapeutic method which heals without re-traumatizing.

I seek to empower individuals to be the best that they can be. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment where healing can occur.
