My Approach to Helping
I am a Counselor and an Art Therapist. My goal is for you to be comfortable in a safe environment to explore your life stressors. I use mindfulness, meditation, art therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as therapeutic modalities. My approach is to give you space to express your thoughts and encourage you to find a clear direction to make changes in your life that you will benefit from.
I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life adjustments.
