More Info About My Practice

I have seen great results with holistic and integrative therapy that utilizes the mind-body connection in a therapeutic setting. Our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and bodies are all resources that, when working together, increase motivation and drive to foster positive habits, healthy lifestyles, and choices. With a practical approach that emphasizes self-education and awareness, those changes become easier to navigate within the therapeutic setting as well as through challenges faced outside of our sessions.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I help individuals develop a better relationship with themselves. Through the mind-body connection, health concerns can also at the same time be effectively addressed.
With couples, I help them transform dysfunctional relationship patterns into effective communication and interactions that foster connection, intimacy, trust, and wellness. This approach improves and increases satisfaction in all types of relationships (romantic, marital, family, work). Through supporting the need for functional and positive relationships, clients then learn new tools and skills for understanding themselves and each other, and for managing life's challenges.
My experience is in treating the whole person (or relationship), not just a habit or a symptom, to discover the best ways to motivate, enhance wellness, and retain healthy changes.
