My Approach to Helping
Approach and Philosophy: Often life struggles leave us feeling overwhelmed and hopeless making us feel out of control of our well-being. It is my greatest passion to aide my clients in instilling that hope through empowerment, education, and guidance I believe that everyone has the ability to find a inner peace and strength to overcome these obstacles.
I have a client-centered approach and will work with you to drive your own destiny through a collaborative approach. I believe with the proper support you can grow, learn, and recover. This can be accomplished through exploration, problems solving, identify achievable goals and making a plan of action for achieving those goals. I am excited to walk the journey with you to gain control over your life.
About me: In addition for my passion to counsel I enjoy enhancing my skills through being a career student in search of knowledge through reading, attending and participating in workshops and seminars. I am an art lover and enjoy spending time at museums. I believe wholeheartedly in self care and personal development and spend a lot my leisure time practicing yoga, meditation, taking long walks and cuddles with my dogs and spending time with my teenage daughters and friends.
