My mission is to help New Yorkers cope with daily stress. My passion is to facilitate a feeling of balance in mind and body and well-being.

Adjusting to most life transitions (good and bad stressors) is a challenging process.
Examples include: relationships issues, residential moves, job changes etc. These are all challenges that most of us can relate to.

Have you been experiencing anxiety and depression? Feeling overwhelmed by parenting struggles, caretaking for aging parents, worrying about family illness?

If any, or all of these are concerns that you have experienced, please feel free to contact me for a free initial consultation screening.

If you have any further questions, you can call and ask me personally or check out my website for further information.

More Info About My Practice

My practice addresses thoughts, feelings and habits of behavior by introducing improved ways to cope with and manage all of the above. While many of us experience ups and downs in mood, we also experience a push and pull in relationships. Finding a sense of balance is key. CBT and DBT techniques can help and my objective is to teach these to you so you can utilize them independently.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

My goal is to educate and support via therapy. Ultimately, my hope is that you will internalize improved coping skills, experience improved mood, feel generally calm and confident in yourself and ask for help in the future if needed.

If short-term brief therapy can help you, I encourage such a model. However, how long you commit to therapy depends upon your own needs, goals and maintaining the outcomes you desire in work, relationships, and daily life.
