It can take a lot of energy to reach out and seek counseling, and I acknowledge the courage my clients have. I'm here to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you. Whether you are seeking help to deal with an urgent concern or you want to work on some long-term, lingering issue, I am ready to meet you where you are.
By recognizing that therapy looks different for each person, I use a collaborative approach to counseling. This means that you are the expert in your life - past, present, and future. I am there to provide help around finding patterns, understanding how the brain and body work together, and help you put the pieces together.
