My Approach to Helping
I love helping people and I am so excited for you that you are considering engaging in services! I believe in an integrative approach to therapy which means focusing on the whole person rather than one problematic behavior which is most often only a symptom of underlying issues. In order to most effectively address your emotional or mental well-being, we must also address your physical, biological, social, spiritual, and psychological functioning. If you are ready to make changes to allow you to more fully enjoy your life then I am eager to assist you towards your goals.
Oftentimes there is a multitude of complexities causing stress in our lives such as relationship issues, family dynamics, employment issues, traumatic experiences, or a lack of healthy coping strategies. I truly enjoy helping my clients identify goals and take steps towards alleviating their stress and improving their overall quality of life.
