My Approach to Helping
Are you affected by anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress, grief and loss, or relationship issues? I provide the professional support and guidance you need to reconnect with your creativity, curiosity, courage, and self-compassion. In addition to being a psychotherapist, I am a certified yoga instructor. I am in continuous awe of yoga's ability to promote healing for both physical and emotional conditions. When appropriate, I integrate yoga and mindfulness into the therapy session to help people reach their therapy goals.
