I have been helping people navigate obstacles in order to improve their quality of life for over twenty years. I have worked through private practices in New York City and the Hudson Valley to reach a range of clients.
I specialize in helping clients to clarify life values and make meaningful changes in their lives. If you are in a transition stage in life, it can be navigated more effectively with help. I can help you manage symptoms of anxiety and depression so they do not remain barriers to a better life. While I have a cognitive-behavioral approach, I know that context is also very important and include discussion on the big picture in sessions. I also incorporate mindfulness and reflective strategies to help you gain a different perspective.
