This is what a session with me is like: you will be listened to, you will be understood, you will be accepted for who you are, and you will be supported. At the beginning of each session, we will address what is on your mind. I see you as a person who is unique and valuable. You are not a set of symptoms.
I am an excellent listener. We will work together at a comfortable pace to explore the concerns you are facing right now and find practical, effective solutions. I will also teach you healthy skills and techniques to help you accept and cope with difficult emotions and life's stumbling blocks better.
