My Approach to Helping
While respecting the values and spiritual beliefs of each of my patients, I help her/him to assess and evaluate their strengths and qualities -- within the context of their family systems, genetic predispositions, medical conditions, and individual uniqueness, for the outcome of a "purpose driven and meaningful life". I use a variety of approaches and techniques that I have integrated into my practice of the past 30 years. I am technically eclectic and individualize my therapeutic process to meet the needs of my patients and their relationships.
