My Approach to Helping
I enjoy meeting with each new client, gaining insight into his or her world and finding that unique treatment approach to promote change and growth. I have many resources, life experiences and treatment modalities from which to draw to help clients meet their goals, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective therapy supported by research. Together, we create a treatment plan, based on the client's need, I've had additional training in sexual addiction, trauma and biblical counseling. As a Christian therapist, we explore together how God is working in a person's life through his/her circumstances, history and relationships. Can you tell I love what I do?
