I am a Teletherapist which means I provide all of my services over Video Chat and Telephone. I do NOT have a physical office. I provide high-quality Online Therapy (Teletherapy) to people living in California and Washington. I love and prefer Teletherapy because it's more convenient, flexible and consistent. My clients enjoy receiving support from the comfort of their own homes or offices.

My approach to healing starts with Insight. By looking within and gently facing our blind spots, we identify hidden motives, old patterns, and maladaptive coping mechanisms. Insight leads to Self Awareness. Once we are aware of the forces obstructing Growth and Vitality, we are empowered to make a change. With all of this self-knowledge, we are prepared to create an Action plan for change. I provide the unconditional support that you need to take the first baby steps toward change. I'm with you every step of the way until you've created a sustainable, balanced lifestyle that allows you to Thrive. I call this Wizdom. Everything you need to fulfill your full potential is within you. We all get lost sometimes and need help finding our way back to ourselves. I am your dedicated guide, carrying that torch on your journey to becoming the person you are meant to be.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

The purpose of Psychotherapy is to validate our basic human need for Meaning and Purpose in life and support people unconditionally in creating Change. Change is both inevitable and constant AND very difficult to create intentionally sometimes. We often need support, guidance and helpful tools to attain the change we want and need. As a therapist, I provide the safe, non-judgmental, loving support my client's need to discover their strengths, vulnerabilities, limiting behaviors and thought patterns, and the Self-Love and Self-Acceptance to make peace with the past and move on toward a more fulfilling life.
