My Approach to Helping

I am a Teletherapist which means I provide all of my services over Video Chat and Telephone. I do NOT have a physical office. I provide high-quality Online Therapy (Teletherapy) to people living in California, Oregon & Washington. I love and prefer Teletherapy because it's more convenient, flexible and consistent. My clients enjoy receiving support from the comfort of their own homes or offices.

My goal is to help you become the most AUTHENTIC version of your Self. As a Certified Spiritual Exploration Specialist, my work is infused with spirituality. Developing self awareness, insight and inspiration help you live according to your values. When you live according to your values, you are aligned with your true, higher Self which brings JOY and PEACE. I use CBT, mindfulness and hypnotherapy techniques to help you align your Self with your deepest and highest aspirations. When you are aligned, you can literally create anything and everything you want in life.

More Info About My Practice

I specialize in working with Women's unique experiences including relationships, self-confidence, body-image, sexuality, feminine leadership, career, partnership & separation, sibling relationships, infertility, difficult pregnancies, transitioning to motherhood, gender roles, postpartum challenges, self-image, partnership post-baby, balancing motherhood, career and self-care, instinct & intuition and spirituality.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

The purpose of Psychotherapy is to validate our basic human need for Meaning and Purpose in life and support people unconditionally in creating Change. Change is both inevitable and constant AND very difficult to create intentionally sometimes. We often need support, guidance and helpful tools to attain the change we want and need. As a therapist, I provide the safe, non-judgmental, loving support my client's need to discover their strengths, vulnerabilities, limiting behaviors and thought patterns, and the Self-Love and Self-Acceptance to make peace with the past and move on toward a more fulfilling life.
