My Approach to Helping
I am here to help you feel, think and live a better quality of life. Your mentality is an aspect of you that you cannot escape and once you have developed a healthy and positive mindset you will be able to navigate your life peacefully and optimistically. During these uncertain times mental health is extremely important and it can effect your self worth, relationship with family, friends and partners. Whether you struggle with grief, depression, mental illness, low self esteem or conflict with others I extend my professional support to assist you in elevating yourself.
My approach to counseling is Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, focused on listening to you and helping you connect your thoughts and behaviors. Helping you figure out what you want most and taking the steps to allow you to achieve the goals you set. You will become a personal problem solver and have access to a new perspective on how to live, think and feel your best.
We will be able to meet face to face or via Telehealth. You can choose which method you prefer to meet for the most comfortable experience.
