My Approach to Helping
I believe that feeling comfortable with ourselves and connecting with our inner strengths is an important part of growth and self-compassion. Collaboration and finding a rhythm that works for a therapeutic relationship is one of the most important beginnings in any relationship and one that I find important to grow. I believe in affordable and accessible mental health care that works for you, the client. I will work with around what you can afford to make taking care of yourself easier. I believe that we are all living a collective human experience that my role is to witness and walk next to you while you guide your own journey through treatment. My approach is client-centered, strength-based, transparent, authentic, and individualized to meet your needs where they are at. Being your counselor means witnessing you reflect, grow, heal, cope, be yourself, feel heard, and loved. Mental Health is wellness and deserves to be enough. You are enough and deserve to feel empowered enough to believe it.
