My Approach to Helping

I believe every person has the strength and capability to overcome challenges and become the happiest and healthiest version of themselves. I also believe that sometimes that strength is buried or hidden from us. I strive to create a safe and judgement-free space for clients to explore who they are, reach their goals, and begin to heal from trauma and mental illness. My role in the therapeutic relationship is to be a guide, an objective perspective, and a supporting ear while the client and I work together toward their goals. I take an integrative approach to therapy, which means that I draw from multiple theories/treatment philosophies while working with clients. This allows me to really tailor my approach to each client's specific needs.

No matter which way we travel through life, we are all a helping hand away from taking the next step forward. It is an honor to be that helping hand.

If you or someone you know is in need of support - please reach out.
