Brittany recognizes that coming to therapy may cause some anxiety, but arranging that first session is half the battle. Her counseling style is genuine, down-to-earth, and empathic. Brittany offers a safe, open, judgment-free environment where people can explore their issues and discover their own path to their treatment goals. She believes a close, trusting therapeutic relationship is essential to the healing process.

Brittany’s warmth and sense of humor create a relaxed atmosphere where people have the freedom to drop their defenses and open up. She believes each person has his or her own story and provides personalized treatment to meet each client’s unique circumstances. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, solution-focused therapy, insight-oriented therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

More Info About My Practice

Since childhood, Brittany has participated in competitive athletics. She enjoys sports and being part of a team. This love motivated her to play softball at Benedictine University.
