My Approach to Helping
I want to help you create the life that you want and to step into your authentic self. We are complicated beings with many layers of "stuff" that can be difficult to navigate. Maybe you are going through a life transition, struggling with anxiety, grieving, searching for connection, in need of self-care, whatever it may be, therapy is a journey to a more fulfilling and meaningful life. It is the catalyst for change that you have been seeking. We all have the ability to help and heal ourselves. Let me guide you to do so while providing a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space. I believe in an integrative approach as I do not subscribe to a "one size fits all" model of therapy.
