My Approach to Helping
My goal is to create an environment that is tailored to the client. The comfortability and judgment-free zone I work to achieve is of utmost importance. Together we will work to reach goals of the client's choosing while increasing self-awareness, emotional intelligence, confidence, and overall well-being. My therapy style is eclectic and will change depending on the client's needs. They include client focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, art therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness. I will always meet the client where they are at and tailor the therapy to what will work best for the individual.
When I'm not furthering my education to better help the community, I am either in the gym, watching sports or playing outside with my puppy, Doc.
