It is difficult when you feel like you simply do not fit in, like the real you cannot come out, especially during those moments when life's challenges become overpowering and you need connection, understanding and support. You need not feel so detached from others. My goal to help you learn to build meaningful connections with the significant people in your life and with the world you inhabit.
Family and societal expectations can make you feel alienated and marginalized. But you CAN be your real self AND cultivate healthy relationships, improve coping skills and reduce stress. I can help you build self-efficacy and self-acceptance so that you feel in touch with yourself and the world you inhabit. There is hope.
